A girl is killed in a children's home in Wunsiedel - presumably by an 11-year-old.

A 26-year-old defendant confesses to raping the girl.

Update from February 2nd, 6:42 a.m

.: In the case of the violent death of a girl (10) in a children's home in Wunsiedel, the defendant (26) has already confessed to his crimes.

He admitted in court that he had raped the girl and sexually abused a then eleven-year-old boy.

But he did not kill the child, as the then 25-year-old man said through his lawyer.

Nor did he encourage the now twelve-year-old boy to do so.

The co-plaintiff's representative admitted to the

FAZ

that the boy killed the girl.

To date, nothing is known about the motives.

According to the boy, who is also acting as a co-plaintiff due to the sexual abuse he suffered, he was asked by the defendant to kill the girl.

The public prosecutor's office assumes that the boy argued with the girl after the rape and strangled her with an LED strip, writes the

Homicide case in a children's home: boy was considered aggressive

As

Spiegel

reports, the youth welfare office has already commissioned a report to assess how dangerous the boy is.

This was considered aggressive in the home, but quite popular.

He is a “traumatized but also social child,” Spiegel quotes the home director as saying.

The indictment states that the 11-year-old at the time of the crime had “certain friendly feelings” for the girl who was killed.

The representative of the mother of the girl who was killed criticizes the home staff because of the eleven-year-old's character.

According to Spiegel

, Lutz Rittmann asked how it could be that no one in the home had noticed anything about the incident

.

According to the allegations, a “highly aggressive” boy was running around there without control.

However, the public prosecutor's office has already started an investigation after a private person filed a complaint about a breach of duty by the responsible authorities, reports the

FAZ.

In the statement, the defendant stated that on the night of April 4, 2023, he climbed into the children's home in Wunsiedel through an open window in order to steal valuables there.

Since he had previously lived there himself, he knew his way around the building.

He was then discovered in the home by a boy - and the boy asked him to show him how to satisfy himself.

He did that.

Later, the boy brought the girl from the home and pushed her onto a bed in a room.
