Dinner without much effort, but with a lot of taste?
Casseroles make it possible.
All the ingredients in a mold and into the oven.
The result is surprising.
It's that time of year again: The day was long and tiring, and you're just too tired to cook any more.
But you still want to eat something delicious and not have to use the delivery service again.
In addition, your stomach is growling and you have to do it quickly.
What to do?
The solution is very simple: a casserole!
Casseroles are the perfect solution for anyone who wants things quick and easy.
They can usually be prepared with just a few ingredients and are in the oven in no time, which then does most of the work.

In many recipes, however, the carbohydrate-rich components often have to be pre-cooked or a sauce must be mixed on the stove.
But there are also so-called one-casserole dishes, which are the oven counterpart to the popular one-pot pasta.
Here all the ingredients come together in a baking dish and then cook together in the oven.
Whether it's a fish stick casserole with potatoes and spinach, a rice casserole with ham and cheese or a gnocchi and spinach casserole with chicken - here only one casserole dish needs to be washed afterwards, as is the case with the tortellini casserole with salmon.
For the quick pasta casserole with salmon you only need a handful of ingredients:
This tortellini casserole with salmon and peas is a quick and easy dish that is also delicious.

200 g frozen salmon fillet
250 g whipped cream
200 g frozen peas
400 g spinach and ricotta tortellini (refrigerated)
150 g grated cheese
Spices to taste (e.g. salt, pepper, instant vegetable broth)
Preparation only takes a few minutes and is very easy:
Preheat oven to 190 °C fan oven.
Depending on the size and thickness, cut the frozen salmon into large cubes.
Otherwise, the fillet can be left whole (this keeps the fish juicier).
Mix the salmon together with the whipped cream, the peas and the tortellini in a baking dish.
Season generously to your own taste.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
Zack – done!
Easy Tasty Tip:
It becomes even more aromatic if you stir two tablespoons of tomato paste into the whipped cream.
