The State Attorney's Office recently submitted to the Ashkelon Magistrate's Court an indictment against Ngosa Bugla (26) from Kiryat Gat after he committed indecent acts and attacked a woman in a mall in the city.
The indictment submitted by Attorney Shlomit Malko, from the Southern District Prosecutor's Office (criminal), indicates that about a week ago Bogla followed a woman to the women's restroom at the mall in his city of residence, entered the restroom adjacent to the place where the woman was, bent down into the opening between the two compartments and peeked out. The complainant, who noticed his actions, left From the restroom and Bogla followed her. Outside the women's restroom, Bogla grabbed the complainant against the wall and began to touch her genitals above her clothes. The complainant resisted his actions and in response, Bogla grabbed her hair in his hands and pulled him hard. While the complainant was shouting and resisting, Bogla continued to touch her above her clothes and even hit her in the face.

At some point the complainant managed to escape from the scene, during the run she noticed that her mobile phone had fallen to the ground and she retraced her steps to pick it up.
Bogla, who noticed this, picked up the complainant's mobile phone from the floor and when the complainant tried to take the phone, Bogla touched her chest.
In the end, the complainant managed to free herself from the defendant's grip, run away from the scene and call the police.
As a result of the accused's actions, the complainant suffered bruises on her left eye, redness and bruises on her head and chest area.
After the examination, she was released to her home for further observation.
The accused was charged with an indecent act by force and an assault causing actual injury.
At the same time, a detention request was submitted against the accused until the end of the proceedings.
