"To end the ties between the State of Israel and UNRWA and declare it a terrorist organization"

- this is the wording of the bill that the Israel Beitenu faction will put on the Knesset table tomorrow (Monday), in order to stop the failure to deliver humanitarian aid to the agency that works together with Hamas.

The bill was initiated by MK Yulia Malinovski, who recently got into the thick of the UNRA issue.

At her request, the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Security Committee will discuss the case on February 20 - as stated by the chairman of the committee, Yuli Edelstein (Likud), who will lead the discussion.

Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem: "The UNRA complex in the city center - a security threat to the answers" (archive) // Aryeh King

The bill she submitted states that "the organization UNRA will be declared a terrorist organization as defined in the Law on Combating Terrorism."

The State of Israel will terminate its relations with the organization, either directly or indirectly, and will prevent any of its activities in its territories.

The penal laws of the State of Israel will apply to the organization."

In the words of the explanation, Malinovski says that "without a shadow of a doubt - the UNRA organization proved itself in the October 7th massacre as a terrorist organization that is indistinguishable from the terrorist organization Hamas." on the care of the Palestinian refugees, is actually an organization to perpetuate the conflict and transfer the status of refugees from generation to generation, but the massacre of the seventh of October officially sealed it."

Malinovski adds that "in recent days, the involvement of UNRWA employees in the October 7th massacre was revealed.

According to the investigations, at least 12 UNRWA employees were connected to the terrorist attack, took part in murders of Jews, abduction of their lives, abduction of corpses and delivery of orders, and about 10% of all its staff in the Gaza Strip is connected to terrorist organizations. It was also announced that two teachers of the organization kept their home Israeli abductees and 130 teachers praised the massacre in public and 3,000 teachers on behalf of the organization glorified the massacre in a secret Telegram group.

She also mentions that "in response to the serious publications, many countries including the USA, Germany, Canada, Australia, Italy, Great Britain, Finland and Romania announced their decision to stop funding UNRWA".

The bill was signed by all members of Yisrael Beitenu, led by the party's chairman, Avigdor Lieberman. In a statement he published on Friday, following a visit to the Kerem Shalom crossing, Lieberman said that "I was amazed to hear from the staff at the crossing that only a few hours before, a large quantity of croissants had been unloaded from one of the trucks .

A few days ago, we saw the markets in the Strip full of goods and people, we saw shawarma stands, apparently now it's time for dessert.

Unfortunately, this is no joke.

This is while we have yet to receive any proof that our abductees received the drugs we delivered through the Red Cross.

It's time to change a diskette."
