The indictment filed by the state attorney's office against Gribi states that in July 2022, the day after Klein began her testimony in the Jerusalem District Court, he posted on Twitter, among other things: "Hades Klein, the swindler, liar, eats for free. How many gifts did you get? She was slaughtered (so in the original - 14) A swindler, a cheater, Israel, a low-level liar."
A few days later, Gribi tweeted harsh words again: "You are a trash can witch, zero zeros, low level con artist, con artist, liar, con artist, mentally ill, you must be hospitalized today."
About a year later, in June 2023, Gribi tweeted in response to a tweet published by Eli Tzipori about Klein's investigation by the police: "Hadas Klein, the dog of the extreme left, a stinking dog, a swindler, a liar, a scumbag in a slaughtered scumbag (so in the original - 14) a swindler."
In the indictment filed against Meir Devol, it is stated that in December 2022, following a post published by Klein about filing a defamation lawsuit against Eli Tzipori, the defendant posted on his Twitter a response to a tweet by Klein's daughter, in which he wrote: "Strangle you and your mother together so it will be quiet. Haunted her until she passes away soon in our rogue days."

In August 2023, Devol tweeted two tweets in response to Klein's tweet about a warning letter before a lawsuit she issued, in which he wrote, among other things: "What do you think we will leave you here after what you did? Micronesia is big on you. Look for a big rock to hide but we will haunt you until your last day."
All of the above tweets came to the attention of Hadas Klein, who filed a complaint with the police about them. These indictments are added to seven additional indictments filed in the case of eight other defendants, which harassed the witness Klein, Arnon Milchan's personal assistant, as well as state witness Nir Hafetz, Regarding their testimony in the ongoing trial in the "Thousands Cases".
