“Mamie”, as the homeless people of Champigny-sur-Marne call her, hands Jacques a meal and greets him as if she were meeting a neighbor.

A stone's throw from the Boullereaux supermarket, members of the Solidarité Champigny association come every day to offer a coffee or a hot meal to Jacques and Pascal, who have been living on the street in this neighborhood for years.

With the cold of this winter, concern has gripped all the volunteers.
