“I didn't sleep all night.

Attacking a 96-year-old woman ten minutes apart, and another a little younger, in broad daylight... They lost all notion of good and evil.

Plus, they came from behind... It's an easy attack on vulnerable people.

It is lamentable, sad and serious.

For one of them, they took the 20 euros she had in her bag which they threw away.

The rest was found.

» Mayor of La Rochette, Pierre Yvroud (SE) says he is "revolted" by the attack on a sixty-year-old and a nonagenarian woman, late Wednesday afternoon, by three young minors from Fontenay-Trésigny.

Another woman attacked in the middle of the street

That day, it was first a 96-year-old old lady who was the target of the three minors.

Their scenario is simple.

One of the three boys comes from behind his victim, grabs her by the neck in order to make her fall.

Once their victim was on the ground, the other two rushed at the unfortunate woman to snatch her handbag.

The trio then runs away.

However, there is no question of them being satisfied with this “feat”.

Shortly after, they decide to attack a second victim.

This time, she is “only” 63 years old.

Fortunately there will be no others.

Alerted, personnel from the Melun Val de Seine national police station rushed to the scene in search of the trio, guided by video surveillance images from the supervision center.

The three suspects were spotted at Place de l'Ermitage, near Melun station, which serves as a bus station for departmental bus lines, just opposite the courthouse.

Arrested, they are placed in police custody.

Two are aged 14, the third is 15, and all live in Fontenay-Trésigny.

After initially denying the facts, they admitted that they wanted to attack women alone in the street.

“They also admitted that they intended to attack a third,” confides a source close to the matter.

All three were to be presented this Friday to a children's judge at the Meaux court because their town of residence is within the jurisdiction of this jurisdiction.
