As soon as we leave the track, we feel totally free, without constraints,” enthuse Siobhan and Michael O'Donovan, who arrived from Cork (Ireland) for four months of winter in the great outdoors of Font Romeu.

For one of these XXL cupboards (containing four to five pairs of skis) made available at the foot of the descents, they still paid 452 euros for the season.

“This will be useful for the whole family that we are going to accommodate in our F2,” says Michael.

After a first conclusive experience, the price is not a question either for these three generations of Basques met without their burden.

“The locker, which we pay 142.50 euros for six days, is now part of our snow vacation budget,” says Fabien, in his thirties.

“It’s clear that we won’t be able to do without this comfort for getting around for a week of skiing,” says Joëlle, her mother.
