An accident on state road 2053 near Schleißheim left four people injured.
Two BMWs collided head-on.
Oberschleißheim
– Two BMWs collided head-on on State Road 2053 near Oberschleißheim on Friday.
All four occupants were injured.
Both BMWs end up in the middle of the road
On Friday around 7:40 a.m., a 47-year-old from the Rosenheim district drove his BMW on the St2053 towards Oberschleißheim.
A 39-year-old from the Munich district came towards him.
For reasons that are still unclear, both drivers came close to the middle of the road and collided head-on, the police report.
All four occupants were taken to hospital with injuries
Both drivers and two other passengers, aged 15 and 43, were only slightly injured but were taken to hospital for further examination by the emergency services.
Both cars were totaled.
The total damage is estimated at over 40,000 euros.
In order to rescue the vehicles, the state road had to be closed briefly in both directions.
