Documentation of theft from evacuees from Kfar Gaza/Israel Police Spokesperson
The Hadera Magistrate's Court today (Sunday) extended the detention of seven cashiers on suspicion of stealing products worth an estimated half a million shekels from the supermarket chain where they worked.
The suspects, residents of Jessar al-Zarqa in their 20s, were arrested by Zichron Ya'akov police officers after the branch manager filed a complaint with the police regarding the systematic thefts.
With the progress of the investigation and the establishment of the evidence against the suspects, police officers of the Zichron Ya'akov station raided the houses of the suspects last week and detained them for questioning at the police station, at the end of which they were imprisoned.
In accordance with the findings of the investigation and the evidence presented to the court, the detention of all the female suspects was extended until tomorrow.
