Christin Stark is facing problems at “Schlager des Monat”: her previously announced guests Kerstin Ott and Freddy März are canceled at short notice due to illness.
But there is already a replacement.
Leipzig – The “Schlager of the Month” has been hosted by Christin Stark (34) on MDR for a year now.
So far, the show has been reliably well received by audiences.
But now the popular singer has to disappoint her viewers for possibly the first time.
The reason: Two of their prominent guests are ill and are out at extremely short notice.
Christin Stark was hit by bad luck in “Schlager des Monat”.
Christin Stark announced on Instagram shortly before the recording of her hit show: “Tomorrow we are recording a new show of the 'hit of the month' and I'm really looking forward to having great guests.
The loving Kerstin Ott and our Fantasy's come to visit.” Shortly afterwards, however, the shock: Both Kerstin Ott (42) and Freddy März (52) from Fantasy will not be seen on TV.
In her Instagram story, Christin announced: “A very small catastrophe has happened.
My guests canceled on me.
Freddy is injured, get well soon at this point, and Kerstin has a fever.
Of course I also wish her a speedy recovery.”

However, Christin Stark managed to conjure up a replacement guest for the shoot at short notice, as she also revealed on Instagram.
But Stark doesn't want to reveal which artist it is yet.

it should be singer Annemarie Eilfeld (33).
However, Schlager fans can only be sure if they tune in to the show.

The next episode of “Schlager des Monat” runs on Friday, February 2nd at 8:15 p.m. on MDR and will be repeated on Monday, February 5th.
After that, another episode is planned for Friday, March 8th, which will be repeated on Monday, March 11th.

Now a documentary on ARD will show the successful, albeit bumpy, career of Matthias Reim.
