Andrea Gerhard has been appearing in “Der Bergdoktor” as Linn Kemper since 2019.
Now the actress speaks openly about the financial lucrativeness of her ZDF engagement.
Ellmau – As medical assistant Linn Kemper, Andrea Gerhard (40) is an integral part of the ZDF hit series “Der Bergdoktor”.
Since 2019 she has been seen alongside leading actor Hans Sigl (54).
The actress will also be back in the upcoming 17th season.
Andrea Gerhard has now revealed how and whether the whole thing will pay off financially.

“The Bergdoktor” is still an absolute hit and, according to Monika Baumgartner (72), will be around for quite a while.
Andrea Gerhard also benefits from the success.
However, the 40-year-old reported the financial aspect quite soberly in an interview with t-online.
“We are in public broadcasting.
ZDF also has very clear salary structures and rules,” reports Andrea Gerhard and continues: “Salaries are increased by five percent every three years.
There's not much to be gained from it, but that's normal and completely okay for me." After all, she became an actress because she wanted the freedom to express herself artistically and not to get rich.

Nevertheless, the job in the ZDF series was “an acting jackpot” for her. “'The Bergdoktor' is one of the best-known, most successful series that we have in Germany,” emphasizes Andrea Gerhard.
However, the Marburger woman always has to worry about whether things will continue for her.
“You have contracts for one season and of course it is up to both partners in the contract to consider whether you can imagine it going further or not.
It was always clear to me that I wanted to continue,” she reports.
