The blue electric bikes, under the Zébullo banner, arrived in Reims in 2019. Since then, these self-service bikes have largely proven themselves with 150,000 trips counted for 200 cycles available.

“The number of users continues to grow, there have been more than 10,000 since the arrival of Zébullo.
Between 2021 and 2023 the number of rentals has even increased tenfold, says Estelle Fontaine, general director of Champagne Parc Auto.

The system must continue to adapt and the bicycle fleet grow.
The manager even plans to open 80 new stations in the next three years in the face of the surge in the number of users in the Reims region.
“We are also installing pop-up stations near major events such as the Flâneries Musicales, the Magnifique Society, etc. We plan to cover the territory more extensively by targeting new residential areas.
We also do this based on user requests.”
The manager is also involved in the City's discussions in terms of sustainable travel.

Dedicated circuits and areas have been designed thanks to the “Reims à Vélo” network, launched in 2022. The Cité des Sacres now has more than 100 km of cycling facilities and is aiming to open 11 reserved paths.
The modal share of cycling would today be close to 4% in Reims.
Associations like Vél'Oxygène which opened a Maison du Vélo in January 2023 contribute to this development.
Repair workshops, driving courses and activities are regularly offered there.
The stated objective is to reach the modal share of 9% by 2025.
