Earlier today (Monday), MDA's 101 call center in the Dan region received a report of a fire in an apartment in a residential building on Aliya Street in Tel Aviv. MDA medics and paramedics reported a 77-year-old man with no signs of life, and pronounced him dead.
The MDA paramedic who was called to the incident, Yamit Aharon Fink, said: "The man was in the apartment without a pulse, without breathing and with extensive burns on his body.
We performed medical tests, but unfortunately we had to pronounce him dead on the spot." Two other injured were checked on the spot by MDA teams and did not require evacuation.

As mentioned, at 11:15 several calls were received at Moked 102 about a fire in an apartment on the fourth floor out of 8 floors on Aliya Street in Tel Aviv.
MDA teams and five fire and rescue teams and a crane jumped to the scene, and during extensive searches, the tenant's body was found.
The circumstances of the incident are not yet known.
