Nordlandkreis - From daring overtaking maneuvers to serious motorcycle accidents: the police had several operations in the Nordlandkreis last Friday and Saturday.

Dietramszell: Near collision while overtaking – call for witnesses

As the police say in their report, they received a call from a road user on Friday (February 2) at around 9:10 p.m.

He reported the following: He was overtaken by a black Porsche in his VW bus at the end of the Peretshofer Berg in the municipality of Dietramszell.

An oncoming vehicle had to swerve onto the shoulder and was only able to narrowly avoid a collision.

The young driver could already be identified using the license plate provided.

The driver of the oncoming vehicle at risk is asked to report to the police in Geretsried.

It is said to be a dark car with a Tölzer license plate.

Dietramszell: Drunk man commits an accident - driver identified as part of the manhunt

The Geretsried police also reported that a 35-year-old man from the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district was driving his BMW car on state road 2027 from Bad Tölz towards Geretsried in the late evening hours on Saturday (February 3rd).

At the town of Bairawies he came off the road from the right for unknown reasons.

The 35-year-old hit a traffic sign and several guide posts with his car.

He then continued his journey towards Geretsried without fulfilling his duties as a participant in the accident.

The car that caused the accident and the 35-year-old driver were found in a parking lot in Geretsried after a successful search.

The car had massive damage to the front area, which was consistent with the accident situation at the scene of the accident.

Overall, there was material damage estimated at 6,000 euros.

Alcohol involved behind the wheel

The driver could also smell alcohol.

A breath alcohol test carried out showed a value of over 1.7 per mille.

The Munich II public prosecutor's office then ordered the driver's license to be secured and a blood sample to be taken.

The BMW driver will now have to answer for endangering road traffic.

The investigation is being conducted by the Geretsried police station.

Königsdorf: Senior woman is blinded by the sun and drives off the road

On Saturday afternoon (February 3rd), an 89-year-old from the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district drove her Renault car along the Grundstrasse from Geretsried to Königsdorf.

Shortly before a sharp left-hand bend, coming out of a forest, the senior citizen was blinded by the low sun, which is why she veered off the road to the right and collided head-on with a pile of tree trunks.

The 89-year-old remained uninjured and there was no external damage.

However, the 89-year-old's car sustained damage estimated at around 4,500 euros.

He inserted metal pins into the lock cylinder of the bar's entrance door.

This resulted in property damage amounting to around 300 euros.

Witnesses who can provide information about the crime or perpetrator are asked to contact the Geretsried police station.

Dietramszell: Motorcyclist falls in an accident and is seriously injured

A serious motorcycle accident occurred on Saturday afternoon (February 3rd).

According to the police, a 61-year-old from Tölzer was driving his motorcycle on the St2368 from Dietramszell towards Linden.

In the left-hand bend shortly before the intersection in the direction of Lochen/Föggenbeuern, the Tölzer veered off the road to the right for reasons that are still unclear and no third party was involved.

There the 61-year-old collided with a traffic sign.

He sustained serious injuries and had to be taken to hospital in a rescue helicopter.

A total of an estimated 8,000 euros in material damage was caused to the motorcycle and traffic signs.
