The material damage caused by an accident near Habach on Monday morning is extensive.

Early morning shock: An accident involving a school bus occurred on Monday morning on the B472 near Habach.
Everyone involved escaped with horror.
Habach - As the police report, the bus full of students was traveling on state road 2038 from Habach around 6:40 a.m. and wanted to turn left onto the B472 in the direction of Penzberg.
At the same time, another school bus on the federal highway approached the intersection to turn left towards Habach.
However, its driver, a 35-year-old from Pöckingen, gave up his right of way and let the other school bus turn onto the main road.
Driver has the presence of mind to react and swerves to avoid the school bus
However, his driver, a 52-year-old from Huglfinger, overlooked the car of a Wertacher (34) who was traveling on the B472 in the direction of Penzberg and was behind the other school bus at the time.
When the turning bus suddenly appeared in front of the Wertacher, the 34-year-old reacted with presence of mind.
He steered to the right and was able to avoid a collision with the school bus.
However, the maneuver had consequences for his own car.
The car crashed into a guardrail and remained badly damaged.
Both the Wertacher and the occupants of the school bus were lucky in misfortune.
According to police, no one was injured.
Everyone involved escaped with horror.
The Wertacher's vehicle was no longer drivable and had to be towed away by a towing service.
The police estimated the total damage to the guardrail and car at around 11,000 euros.
The Weilheim traffic police and the Penzberg police station were called in to investigate the accident.
After an hour, the partial closure of the B472 was lifted.
