A large fire brigade operation is currently underway on the A8 towards Munich near Weyarn.

Drivers must continue to be patient and exit at Irschenberg.

On the B472 in the direction of Miesbach you can also reach Munich via the intersection with the B318, but with a larger bypass.

From the Weyarn junction onwards there is a significant backlog due to the extinguishing and rescue work.

The Munich direction had to be completely closed at times.

The backlog retreats towards Munich from Weyarn to Irschenberg.

There are also obstructions in the opposite direction between Holzkirchen and Weyarn.

The fire brigade, police and highway maintenance department are on site.
