The 5th season is just around the corner in Erding.
The program for the carnival days is also known.
What plans are there from this weekend.
Erding - The tower of the Frauenkircherl is smiling again: The tradition of the Erdinger carnival includes beautifully decorating the historic building on Schrannenplatz for the fifth season through the Narrhalla with the help of the volunteer fire department.
The idea for the tower masquerade came from the former city councilor and former head of the folk play group Sepp Beil years ago during his time as carnival prince.

The highlight of the carnival season is the Narrenschranne on Sunday, February 11th.
From 1.30 p.m. the Narrhalla with the prince couple, court and dance guards will present a lively program on a stage on Schrannenplatz.
The day before, on February 10th, the Narrhalla children's carnival took place in the town hall from 2 p.m.
As always with lots of games, music, dancing and an appearance by the prince couple.
“And lots of fun for the children!” promises the Narrhalla.
Tickets are only available at the box office on the day.
The carnival ends on Tuesday with the moss ghost activity in the city center, starting at 2 p.m.
