But his head is also a little in Paris, with the prospect of numerous political meetings in the short and medium term for him: first the second wave of government appointments which are slow to come, and of course the European ballot which is now moving forward taking great strides and for which he says he wants to be involved “personally”… even though his majority has not yet designated himself head of the list.
