After Parc Astérix last week, it's Parc Saint-Paul's turn to officially launch the recruitment season.

Between mascot, attraction pilot, cook, waiter, manager of the cotton candy stand, manager or rescuer, full-time or part-time or even student contract, the choice in the positions offered by this Oise amusement park is particularly wide.

“Our only constraint is that we are proposing a duration of seven months,” specifies Gilles Campion, director of Parc Saint-Paul.

In total, 150 positions are to be filled at the Park, which will reopen on March 30.

If recruitment should take place throughout the month of February, a first “Job dating” type operation is planned at the park, Tuesday February 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“We have all types of profiles, from retirees who want to put a little butter in their spinach to young people at the start of their careers who are still looking for themselves professionally and want to try a new sector of activity, by doing a season with us,” observes the director.

“30% of seasonal workers who return every year”

Seasonal workers who will benefit from an internal “training and integration process”, supported by “seniors”.

“We have 30% of seasonal workers who come back every year,” continues Gilles Campion.

During the job interview, the CV will not be considered as an essential element.

What matters most are “human qualities”, essential for working in a professional environment where future seasonal workers will be in daily contact with customers.

“These are interesting jobs, we do leisure, tourist reception, but above all you have to enjoy managing the human aspect,” he insists.

In fact, each year, the Park welcomes between 350,000 and 380,000 visitors per season.

“A smiling, attentive and enthusiastic candidate will have a good chance of joining the operational teams of our amusement park,” declares Étienne Montecchio, recruitment manager.
