the ingredients:

1 kg chicken breast/thighs cut into cubes


2 onions


3 cloves of garlic


1 tablespoon grated ginger


3 tablespoons vegetable oil


2 tablespoons curry powder


1.5 teaspoons salt 1/2


teaspoon black pepper


4 large tomatoes, chopped


1 box (400 grams ) cream/coconut milk


3/4 cup (180 ml) water


½ teaspoon gram masala (optional)


chopped coriander - for decoration

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in a large pan.

Add chopped onion and fry on medium-low heat until golden.

stir occasionally.

2. When the onion turns golden, add grated garlic and ginger.

Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.

Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes until golden.

Cover the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
