Stéphanie Le Quellec, winner of the second season of the double-starred competition, and Dominique Crenn, French chef based in San Francisco where she has three stars, join Hélène Darroze, Paul Pairet, Glenn Viel and Philippe Etchebest.

In total, the jury accumulated fifteen stars.

A hidden brigade was once again set up.

Hélène Darroze, who took Danny Khezzar to the final last year, gave way to Pierre Gagnaire.

The three-star chef participates in the show as a guest every year.

This time, he will enter the competition for the first time and will coach a drafted candidate and winner of “The Hidden Brigade”.

He will make his entrance right in the middle of the competition, much to the surprise of the jurors.

A trompe palate that surprises and a black box that travels

This fifteenth season will also be the scene of many other new features.

The legendary events of the program have all been redesigned.

“The black box”, imagined this season by the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Guy Krenzer, will be particularly intense and will travel for the first time to the Château de Chantilly.

The traditional “Trompe-l’oeil” will be replaced by a “Trompe palace”.

Candidates will then have to make a meat-flavored dish with only vegetables.

For once, Philippe Etchebest will not participate in “Who can beat” but will give way to his friends Glenn Viel and Paul Pairet.

Dominique Crenn and Stéphanie Le Quellec will also take on this challenge against the candidates.

Like every year, the greatest French and international chefs will participate in this anniversary season like Anne-Sophie Pic, Yannick Alléno, Guy Savoy, Clare Smith and Éric Fréchon.

For the first time, César and Léo Troisgros will appear on the show.
