It's a problem that bothers elected officials as much as local residents... For several months now, street vendors on the fringes of the Puces de Vanves (Hauts-de-Seine) have reappeared at weekends on the slab spanning the ring road between Paris and Malakoff.

From a few dozen to a few hundred on sunny days, they settle between the limit of Puces and Boulevard Adolphe-Pinard.
