When winter is so cold, it's hard not to want to snack on something delicious that doesn't require much effort to prepare - but between us, it doesn't always have the power.
If you still feel like eating something healthy and tasty that will provide you with energy without having to get too involved in its preparation, get a recipe courtesy of Revital Admoni, author of the "Eat Healthy" curriculum for the Ministry of Education and a nutrition education teacher, for chocolate-peanut fingers that will not only make your palate happy, But your children (or those of you) will also enjoy them.
Raw materials:
2 heaping spoonfuls of wholemeal rice crackers
A full teaspoon of peanut butter
2 walnuts

Mix and make a roulade, which you put in the freezer.
At the end of freezing, cut the roulade into medium pieces - and serve them.
