"I want to thank my fans by telling you a secret that I've kept from you for the last two years, and that is that my new album is coming out on April 19," Swift said during her acceptance speech.

she added.
Seconds later, and just as she herself anticipated on stage, Taylor posted the album cover on her social networks, which remains in the black and white with which she anticipated its arrival, hours before the ceremony.
