The USA is known as the homeland of fast food - a powerhouse where hundreds of fast food chains, of all types, sizes and flavors compete for the hearts, stomachs and, no less important, for the wallets of hungry consumers, who are looking for a cheap (relatively) and satisfying snack in a minimum of time. But which are the favorite chains About the Americans? A new survey conducted on behalf of the international market research institute "YouGov", processed the data and ranked the fast food brands and cafes according to the perception of the participants. These are not necessarily the largest or most well-known chains (otherwise McDonald's was in first place), but chains The respondents said positive things about them. The better the perception of the chain in the eyes of the respondents, the higher the brand climbed the ranking.
The well-known ice cream parlor chain "Baskin-Robbins" qualified for first place, which was founded about 80 years ago and operates about 8,000 branches worldwide - but so far, has not opened a branch in Israel.
75% of all participants in the survey said positive things about the network, which was enough for it to conquer the top.

In second place, with 73%, was the 83-year-old Dairy Queen, which, although it started as a chain that offered a kind of frozen dairy dessert similar to American ice cream, has since expanded its menu and also serves extremely thick smoothies that are eaten with a spoon, and even Burgers and fries.
The chain has about 7,000 branches worldwide, but it also has no presence in Israel.
Third place went to the well-known hamburger chain Wendy's (which operated in Israel a few decades ago and folded), with 71% approval from those surveyed.
In fourth place you can find the Cinnabon chain with 69% (which was not enough to stay in Israel, despite a promising launch in 2011);
While the donut chain "Krispy Kreme" (Krispy Kreme) took fifth place - also with 69% percent.
Following the opening ten: Taco Bell and KFC with 67% each, Subway with 66%;
The popular Italian restaurant chain "Olive Garden" with 66%, and Duncan Donuts, which closes the top ten with 65%.
And what about other well-known chains, which can (or could) be found in Israel as well?
Well, McDonald's had to settle for 16th place with 63%;
Pizza Hut ranks 20th, also with 63%;
Domino's Pizza is in 28th place with 60% - as is Papa John's in 31st place.
Right after it, in 32nd place, Burger King falters with 59%;
while Starbucks is thrown somewhere in the 58th place with 51%;
The Subaru chain reached the unflattering 110th place with only 40% of a positive perspective.
