According to police, the teenager suffered multiple bruises all over his body in the brutal attack.
The police are aware of a cell phone video of the crime, but the identity of the person making the film remains unclear.
According to initial findings, the alleged attackers, all male teenagers between the ages of 13 and 16, do not appear to be the authors of the video.

Four young people attack classmates - group hit the victim lying on the ground
The conflict apparently began with an argument between the 15-year-old and a 14-year-old member of the group.
Three other friends of the 14-year-old arrived and are said to have knocked the 15-year-old to the ground.
According to reports, the youths kicked and punched the victim as he lay on the ground until a witness interrupted the argument and the youths then fled.
The school management has already identified the suspected perpetrators.
The young people are now being investigated on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
