"One moment you are buying a gift for Valentine's Day, and the next moment you find yourself in the ambulance, not breathing due to stress, because your child had an accident," Levy wrote in a story against a photo of herself from the scene of the accident, from her private car.
"Yesterday I finished the day in the emergency room with my Noam, who was a real hero. Luckily, there were good people on the way who gave him first aid and didn't leave him for a second until I got there."
