Since this Sunday, February 4, this resident and her neighbors in the Pigalle district, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, have faced a situation that they themselves describe as “ubuesque”.

Worried for four days by the suspicious smell emanating from an apartment, they realized that their neighbor had died.

Problem: no doctor available to confirm the death, and thus authorize the evacuation of his remains.
