The Buenos Aires governor
Axel Kicillof inaugurated
a work in an opposition district of the Conurbano that will allow "improving connectivity and logistics"
between Hurlingham and Tres de Febrero
, but the mayor of Together for Change
Diego Valenzuela
came to the intersection for
not having been invited
to activity.
"
Hello, I am the mayor
of Tres De Febrero, who was not even mentioned in this publication. We were protagonists of the idea, the conception and the supervision of the work. Unfortunately
they forgot to invite me
to the inauguration!" Valenzuela noted sarcastically on his Twitter account.
The opposition mayor's post came in response to a publication made by Kicillof, where the Buenos Aires governor celebrated the inauguration of the link between Provincial Route No. 4 and Combate Pavón Avenue.
"He shows that public investment
is the only possible way
to integrate and transform the province," he stressed, while appearing with
leaders of his political color
.
"A
structural work
that will improve connectivity and logistics between #Hurlingham and #TresDeFebrero and generate a great boost to productive activity in the region," said Kicillof, who would not have extended an invitation to the opposition mayor.
In an extensive post, the governor made reference to the
Peronist mayor of Hurlingham, Damián Selci
, and his Minister of Infrastructure and Public Services,
Gabriel Katopodis
, but chose not to mention Valenzuela.
The link between RP No. 4 and Combate Pavón Avenue demonstrates that public investment is the only possible way to integrate and transform the province.

And while he highlighted a "better quality of life for more than 600 thousand Buenos Aires residents," Kicillof gave a particular closure to his post.
"
Without insults or chicanery
, we are going to hold all the discussions because the only ones we have to be
accountable to are the people of Buenos Aires
," he wrote, despite his selective protocol.
The reproaches of the mayor of Tres de Febrero to Kicillof
Valenzuela did not remain silent in the face of Kicillof's rudeness, of which he noted that he is not the first to suffer for not sharing a political party with the provincial leader.
"In passing, Governor, I also warn you that the lights on the Tres De Febrero side of the Combate de Pavón construction site
are still not working
," the re-elected mayor of his district said.
When some Kirchnerist militants reproached him for his virtual lament, Valenzuela replied: "I am not crying, in no way. I really
feel sorry
for them that they believe that
they govern only for their faction
. Regrettable!"
