This Monday lunchtime, the soup precedes a cheese pancake accompanied by a green salad then a chocolate crepe.
Among the students interviewed in the refectory of Marceau elementary school in Montreuil, some, the older ones, know that the meal supplier has changed.
“I heard that it was more ecological than before,” even announces a CM2 student.
