The MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg are back on the road to success in the Champions League.
The Bundesliga basketball team won on Tuesday evening at the end of the first half of the season in the round of the best 16 teams against Galatasaray Istanbul with 100:80 (52:42).
Thanks to the success, Ludwigsburg temporarily jumped to the top of the table in Group J. But Telekom Baskets Bonn can move past Dijon again with a win on Wednesday.
Ludwigsburg - The basis for the confident success was a strong performance in the first quarter.
Ludwigsburg played in a disciplined manner, won most of the duels between the baskets and was also effective in finishing.
The home team never let go of this lead and played the game easily to the end.
The best thrower for the hosts was Jayvon Graves with 23 points.
The next opponent is Dijon on March 6th.
