A helicopter was in use in Tyrol on Monday evening.
Members of the mountain rescue team heard mysterious cries for help and then started a search operation.

Mountain rescuers hear mysterious cries for help from the forest.
But a rescue attempt has so far been unsuccessful: there is no trace of the person.
Pertisau – There was a major search operation in Tyrol on Monday evening (February 5th).
A member of the Maurach mountain rescue service suddenly heard mysterious cries for help from male voices near his house around 9:30 p.m.
He and his son then went in search of those calling for help.
A short time later they heard screams again.
“The person also responded to their calls once, then contact broke off,” the police said in a
press release
.
The man then called mountain rescue for backup.
Search operation in Tyrol: helicopters, drones and search dogs in action
The search operation lasted several hours.
Search dogs combed the forest and drones and helicopters were also in use.
Nevertheless, there was no trace of those calling for help: “Due to the very dense forest cover, search flights with helicopters and drones were very difficult,” explained the police.
The operation was finally ended unsuccessfully around 2 a.m.
So far, no missing person report has been filed with the police.
If anything changes, the search would continue immediately, the police said.
There was just a major rescue operation on Austria's highest mountain: two mountaineers had been stuck in the Glockner bivouac since Sunday (February 4th).
They stayed there in the shelter for two nights.
Since they were injured in a rockfall, they could no longer make it into the valley on their own.
