There was an exuberant atmosphere at the women's carnival in the post hall, but it became too small.

Next Thursday the fifth season begins its final spurt.
Women's carnival has been celebrated in Peißenberg for many years.
This time there are some innovations.
Peißenberg - "It's a first," says the chairman of the Peißenberg carnival association "Frohsinn 2000", Thomas Rößle, about next Thursday, February 8th, when the carnival starts into its final spurt.
This year, for the first time, “Gasoline Gang” and “Frohsinn 2000” have teamed up to offer a large joint event for women in Peißenberg at Weiberfasching.
“Both clubs have already proven in the past that they are capable of organizing major events,” said Rößle.
And both clubs can well imagine that this type of cooperation can continue.
Both clubs are professionals at major events
The common women's carnival will be celebrated in the Tiefstollenhalle from 5 p.m. - throughout the entire hall.
The “Gasoline Gang” invites you to a carnival disco party with DJ Danny in the foyer, where the “Gasoline Bar” is also set up.
“Frohsinn 2000” is responsible for the program in the large hall.
There is live music with the band “Zwoaralloa” and drinks at the “Frohsinn Bar”.
The Guard's performances also provide entertainment - the Prinzengarde, the Dancing Moms, the Teenie Dancers and the Peißenberg Men's Guard will show off their skills.
“At the end the men’s guard appears,” says Rößle.
This is of course a highlight at the women's carnival.
The Peißenberg Guardsmen have a tough program to complete on the nonsensical Thursday: “They have five to six appearances that day,” says Rößle.
Women's Carnival is the most important day for the men's guard.
The “Gasoline Gang” has often invited people to the women’s carnival in the foyer of the Tiefstollenhalle, but for “Frohsinn 2000” the hall is new territory for this occasion.
Until a few years ago, the women's association “St.
Johann” traditionally celebrated women’s carnival in the hall of the “Gasthof zur Post”.
The women then handed the organization over to “Frohsinn 2000”.
Post hall became too small
There were two celebrations afterwards in the Post Hall, then it became clear that another place would have to be found: “The Post Hall would be too small for us by now,” says Rößle.
Because the fire protection requirements have obviously changed, only a reduced number of people are allowed to enter events.
Last year, the Peißenberg carnival club celebrated in the tent that had already been set up for the big carnival parade, and this year the Tiefstollenhalle will be the location for the women's carnival.
Once again only women will be admitted this year.
“Women’s carnival is a women’s affair.
“It’s very well received that the women are among themselves,” says Rößle.
Men can only be found behind the counter at the two bars.
The chairman of the carnival club expects 400 to 500 women to come to the Tiefstollenhalle - and not necessarily just from Peißenberg.
“This will certainly be a highlight in the entire district,” says Rößle.
