On video: We got to meet the emotional therapist Limor Cohen/edited by Ziv Steiner
After 18 years at the bank, Limor Cohen decided to make a change.
"I decided to go find the things I really like," she says.
Limor left her job at the bank behind, signed up to study emotional therapy through art, and since then she has been helping many through the business she founded with her own hands - "Essence and Art".
We asked her for some winning tips, for women and men.
"It's important to have an agenda," notes Limor.
"If I have a daily routine, I am more organized and more balanced. In this daily routine, I will have anchors, and anchoring is something that gives me peace, strength, pleasure and the beauty of life. Some people like meditation, some people like yoga, and some people like swimming. Find what works for you Good and do it."
"In the reality we live in, when everything is progressing quickly, it's a lot of fun to walk and a lot of fun to focus, and that's what I teach people," Limor says.
"To be flexible with the material is to be flexible with thought and with action."
