All conditions had to be met, particularly regarding the fate of certain hostages and, consequently, their families.
A bad case was made against the president by saying that he was trying to delay this tribute.
In any case, it was essential that this ceremony could take place.
This is the highest number of victims of terrorism in our country since the Nice attack.
What is also shocking is that some people basically believe that these victims are not completely French, because they are Jewish.
We must create a shock of conscience in public opinion.
