Under a gray hat fitted perfectly on her head, Oriella Bliah takes one last look at her cell phone.
She touches the touch screen with her fingertip and checks the time: it is 6:21 p.m.

A little over an hour after landing from Tel Aviv, Oriella Bliah received us in a hotel in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
She is responsible for the French branch of One Family, an association which has supported victims of terrorism and their loved ones for 22 years.
“Rebuilding destroyed lives is our mantra,” proclaims the woman who left France more than twenty years ago to settle in Israel, with her husband and two children.
