During the solemn back-to-school hearing of the industrial tribunal (CPH) of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine) this Monday, its new president Jean-Luc Hirsch and his predecessor and now vice-president Pascale Morel, reaffirmed the need to preserve staff numbers to ensure the proper functioning of the jurisdiction, and sustain its progress.

If the two elected officials representing the 290 industrial tribunal councilors were satisfied with the reduction in the stock of ongoing cases and the reduction in procedural delays compared to previous years, they deplored the loss of the four clerks they had obtained as reinforcement at the beginning of 2023.
