Update from February 7th, 12:30 p.m
.: On Tuesday afternoon, the now twelve-year-old boy testified in the trial surrounding the murdered girl, but behind closed doors.
The results of his statements are now known.
Accordingly, the boy made serious allegations against the man who is currently on trial for raping the ten-year-old girl.
He claimed that the 26-year-old defendant urged him to kill the girl.
The man stated the motive to the boy and the girl identified them both.

The boy's statement contradicts the defendant's statements.
At the beginning of the trial, the defendant's lawyer read out a statement saying that the defendant had never wanted the girl's death and had not incited the boy to commit murder.
However, the accused confessed to raping the girl and breaking into the home.
According to Hasslacher, the twelve-year-old boy admitted to killing the girl.
According to the boy's statement, the 26-year-old defendant was still on site when the crime began, said Hasslacher.
There is a contradiction here too - the 26-year-old stated that he left the children's home immediately after the sexual abuse without anything else happening.

On the first day of the trial, Daniel T., now 26, admitted to abusing the girl - but stated that he had nothing to do with the ten-year-old's death.

The boy behaved noticeably differently than the other children when the police cordoned off a large area of the children's home after the dead girl was found.

Eleven-year-old tired and aggressive - called killed girl a slut
In the lounge, the boy was tired but restless, played PlayStation once, then ran around again, a police officer told the court.
Later he became more and more aggressive, called the killed Lena a slut and stated that he found girls stupid, according to the BR report.
On the night of the crime, he stated that he had spent the night in the room of another boy at the children's home and found the eleven-year-old - whom he first referred to as 'Someone', then as 'Lena' - in his bed the next morning.
The boy's testimony was due in court on Tuesday afternoon - behind closed doors.
An expert should then also report on the child’s psychology.
Since he is not guilty, the boy's statement is primarily about finding out whether he was pressured into committing the crime by the 26-year-old.
A verdict in the high-profile trial is expected on March 6th.
