The canvas did not risk much, being protected by armored glass, but what is more risky, because it revealed the unfathomable stupidity of their action, is the argument that these ladies thought they had to give for the justify:

What is more important,” they shouted, “art or healthy food
?”

Behind this shockingly stupid alternative, they have revealed one of the most detestable traits of green fundamentalism: beneath the sacralization of nature, it is this hatred of art so characteristic of all the left totalitarianism that is looming.
