Morshad Abdel Hai, a resident of Tira in his 30s, was shot dead last Monday by a policeman in Be'er Sheva.
The police said after the incident that Abdel Hai tried to hurt people in the street and even stole a weapon from a police officer.
But now, a new document that has come into the hands of the inhabitants of Tirah, sheds light on the last moments of Abd al-Hay.

In the documentation obtained by Walla!, Abd al-Hai is seen walking on the road, rioting and shouting, among other things, "Allah Wakbar".

However, the residents of Tira, who received the documentation as mentioned above, feel that the incident could have been handled differently - without shooting and harming him and that Abd al-Hai did not really pose a danger to the public.

Also, despite the request of Abdel-Hai's family members and acquaintances, no documentation from the policemen's body cameras from the moment of the deceased's death was handed over to them.
According to the family members, no regular meeting was held with them during which officials presented them with the chain of events.
The police claim that the officers' body cameras were not activated, therefore there is no record of the moment of the shooting that can be given to the family.

According to the mayor, Abdel Hai's brother contacted the police and told them that his brother left a suicide note and was missing.

The police claimed that Abdel Hai tried to attack people on Deer Street in Be'er Sheva, while shouting "Alla Wakhbar".
