Pascal, Petra and Selina also know this.
They definitely want to move away from the job center, as MANNHEIM24 reports.

“Hartz and cordial” on RTLZWEI: Pascal has a new job – and gets in trouble from his boss
In the new episode “Hartz und cordial” on RTLZWEI, there is initially bad news to report: There is reason for concern in the Mannheim family around Petra, Selina and Pascal.
Pascal has a dispute with his superior.
A small incident was enough to cause trouble with the boss of the “hard and warm” protagonist.
The man from Mannheim recently revealed to his family that he was starting a new job.
However, during a period of illness there is a disagreement with his boss.
“I was sick and he saw me on social media while I was sick.
Then he said I wasn’t that sick and I shouldn’t lie to him,” says Pascal, describing the argument at work.

Despite being ill, Pascal is active on social media: “If I get laid off, I would be unemployed again if no one accepted me, but I have now applied to two companies.
“I applied to deliver newspapers on the weekend and at a call center at the same time,” reveals Pascal in the new episode of “Hartz und Herzen”.
Since Pascal was already expecting his boss to quit, he looked for jobs elsewhere.
“I would earn 2,080 euros gross at the call center,” the man from Mannheim continued.
The family of three depends on the office - when Pascal works, it affects the financial situation of the entire household.

“Hartz and cordial”: Pascal is fired – but can start a mini-job
After the unpleasant argument with his boss, Pascal looked for a job alternative and did not lose his confidence: “I now deliver newspapers on Saturdays and Sundays.
I earn around 320 euros a month,” the TV protagonist continues in the social documentary.
Although he had not yet been fired, Pascal had sent out applications as a precaution and thereby convinced his new employer.
“He brought me the employment contract personally.
We also had a one-on-one conversation,” reveals Petra’s son on television.
Pascal also has another goal: the “hard and hearty” protagonist wants to make it big in social media and work as an influencer.
