If he actually travels to the security conference in Munich, one topic is likely to be high on the agenda: further military aid for Ukraine in its defense against Russia.
It continues to struggle with, among other things, a lack of ammunition.
Most recently, the army is said to have focused on expanding fortifications.
A successful counteroffensive was still hoped for in the summer.
