Munich - According to a report, the Munich Security Conference will be able to welcome a highly respected guest - presumably under the strictest security precautions: Volodymyr Selenskyj is planning a visit to the "Siko" area, the

reported on Wednesday (February 7th), citing "consistent information" .

The conference will take place from February 16th to 18th – as usual, the focus will be on the Hotel Bayerischer Hof.

The exact sequence and schedule of Zelensky's alleged visit are still classified for security reasons, the paper reported.

The head of the meeting, Christoph Heusgen, at least confirmed: “An invitation to Zelenskyj was extended.”

There is not yet an official list of participants for the 2024 security conference.

The meeting will be opened by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres - it is about “taking care of the global order as a whole,” Heusgen explained in an interview.
