Hôtel Bowmann: the most Haussmann-style hotel facing the Eiffel Tower.

Jerome MONDIERE

We are in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the town hall and the Saint-Augustin church.

This beautiful five-star on Boulevard Haussmann exudes the Parisian charms that one fantasizes about when coming to discover the capital.

Freestone facade, high ceilings, moldings and cornices, continuous balconies, marble fireplaces... Everything is there, in a neoclassical style, brought up to date by the architect and decorator Laurent Maugoust.

Of the hotel's 53 rooms, the Prestige Eiffel Suite can accommodate four people in its 43m2, and above all reveals a panoramic view of the Tower.

Same thing, only better, in the Bowmann Penthouse where a private terrace offers a 360° view of all the heights of Paris.

Difficult to do more in the axis.

You enter this four-star hotel via Avenue d'Eylau which leads straight to the Trocadéro, its gardens, the Pont d'Iéna and the Eiffel Tower.

The Hilton group hotel opened its doors in 2021, in the 16th arrondissement.

Of these 123 rooms, some Premium rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower, as do certain Junior Suites, even more spacious and sometimes even equipped with a beautiful terrace.

But beyond these private spaces, you should not miss the hotel's panoramic rooftop.

In winter, we come here for lunch, or dinner, in astonishing heated bubbles.

In summer, the terrace is planted with abundant greenery and orange parasols which give the feeling of being on vacation in the South.

The nearby Eiffel Tower rising above the rooftops quickly reminds you that you are still in Paris.

The room to book:

the Junior Suite, spacious and equipped with a large bed and a living room where you watch over the Iron Lady.

We like:

its proximity to the Trocadéro and its lively rooftop on summer evenings.

Funny building.

A former France Telecoms central building with Art Deco design now houses a chic and discreet hotel in the heart of the seventh arrondissement.

The architect Jean-Philippe Nuel was responsible for this metamorphosis.

Inside, the beautiful volumes allow the exhibition of 400 works of modern art.

Of the 67 rooms inspired by the atmosphere of artists' studios, four adorn the hotel and enjoy beautiful views of Paris.

The Eiffel suite and the Dôme suite both have a pretty terrace facing the Tower and the Invalides dome.

Enough to sunbathe without losing sight of the great lighthouse of Paris.

Left bank spirit are you there?

Certainly, in this hotel where the designer Raphaël Navot has breathed New Wave airs into the common areas and the 109 rooms.

Needless to say, on the sixth and seventh floors, all those called “Eiffel Terrace” have a full view of the Tower, whether they are Signature, Signature Premium or Junior Suite.

Better yet, the hotel is topped by a magnificent rooftop from which the view extends over the roofs of the Latin Quarter, but also the towers of Saint Sulpice, the dome of the Invalides and the Grande Dame in the distance, which towers over the whole of its slender, iron-clad silhouette.

The room to book:

one of the Signature Terrasse Eiffel, whose floor price is almost affordable to lie down facing the crackling of the Tower's fires.

Meet at rue de Buci.

In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this private mansion opened in December 2023 is hidden behind a beautiful Haussmann-style facade.

Interior designer Bruno Borione gave a cozy and enveloping atmosphere to the common areas and the 34 rooms and suites.

Gallerist Amélie du Chalard then scattered unique, custom-made works of art to adorn the colorful walls of this brand new hotel.

But the show is in the Apartment and the Prestige Suite, which each have an airy and comfortable terrace, from where the view is over the roofs and the Eiffel Tower which towers above them.

The room to book:

GEORGE APOSTOLIDIS

The front is rather discreet.

You have to know your way around the very chic rue Saint-Honoré to distinguish the entrance to this palace with a very contemporary look.

It is as we move forward that we discover the magnificent interior courtyard of the hotel, full of greenery, making it look like a lush garden.

French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte was responsible for creating a luxury address in the heart of Paris, where you can retreat with as much discretion as possible.

Of the 96 rooms and 39 suites, most overlook the courtyard and others overlook the street.

But the magnificent Penthouse Suite enjoys a much clearer view of the city's rooftops and the glittering Iron Lady.

The room to book:

the Penthouse Suite from where you can admire the Eiffel Tower while taking a bath.

It’s the countryside in Paris.

Five minutes from the Mairie d'Issy metro station, on the heights of a hill, this place steeped in history was a property of Queen Marguerite de Valois, before serving as a seminar and place of retreat for religious.

The Accor group has turned it into a beautiful MGallery hotel designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte.

The French architect created a spa open to nature and transformed the magnificent chapel of the Domaine into an astonishing rum bar.

Of the hotel's 83 rooms, 38 have a full view of the Eiffel Tower which stands in the distance, over the greenery of the vegetable garden.

Some even have balconies where you can admire the great lady while listening to the birds sing.
