He is the new boss of the bosses of Val-d'Oise.

Frédéric Anfray was elected president of Medef Val-d'Oise during the last general assembly.

He officially took office on Wednesday January 31, during the organization's greeting ceremony.

Frédéric Anfray has been at the head of the AGP group (general protection assistance) for 11 years, after having been a chartered accountant for 25 years.

“It’s a group of 110 people made up of four companies specializing in fire safety,” he says.

The best known of the four, Madicob is a manufacturer of smoke extraction equipment.

This ceremony was mainly dedicated to his predecessor, Michel Jonquères, who was at the head of Medef Val-d'Oise for 18 years.

He began his career in 1967 with the Hutchinson Group in Pretoria, South Africa.

He established himself in the department by becoming an executive, then manager, of the French Joint in Bezons from 1983 to 2005. During his mandate, he invested a lot in networking the department's entrepreneurs, but also connecting them to partners institutional.

He often encouraged his members to project themselves more abroad.

His successor will have the mission of supporting companies to face the challenges of our time.

“We will have to prepare for the energy transition,” explains Frédéric Anfray.

Today everything is linked to that.

If we don't do it, we will be blacklisted by the big contractors who will be subject to more standards.
