The children's rock band Schlawindl has released a new video.

Motto: “Winter is the most wonderful time for us”.

Eichenried - A movement song for young and old: In keeping with the season, the children's rock band Schlawindl around Eichenried musician Andi Starek has shot a new video.

True to the motto “Winter is the most wonderful time for us”, “Skifahrn (and we wag...)” is about the popular winter sport.

The video, which premiered on Sunday, February 4th, was shot entirely in the community of Moosinning - at the adventure playground including the sledding hill in Eichenried with the support of the community and the citizens of Eichenried.

Starek reports that filming was also carried out in Stephan Alschinger's hut on Birkenstrasse in Eichenried.

“And we got support from my youth band BTF, which acts as a backing band.” There will be a joint concert with Schlawindl in the spring, where the boys from BTF will accompany on a few songs.

The parents of the youth band and many of Starek's students also played in the video, "since it's not just for children, but for the whole family," emphasizes the musician and says: "After we played the song at a few concerts last year , it has firmly established itself in the program and works not only in winter, but as a great movement song for young and old.”

Behind the camera was Chris Speda from Esslingen, who, among other things, shot the video for the Christmas carol “Da Grandpa hot at a Christmas tree stand” in winter 2021 (you can find our report on the video shoot here) and was also involved in other Schlawindl projects.

The video can be seen on platforms such as YouTube or Spotify - and Schlawindl has recently also been on TikTok.
