The rush for the Adele concerts in Munich is huge.

Now fans are even trying to get rid of their hotel bookings through classified ads - probably because they were unsuccessful in buying tickets.

Munich - After there was an enormous rush for advance sales of Adele tickets on Wednesday, February 7th, the hype surrounding the concerts reached a new level: fans are trying to

sell their already booked hotel stays via

kleinanzeigen.de .

The reason for this is sometimes that they were unable to get concert tickets for their desired dates.

“I only want half”: Fan wants to resell hotel bookings in Munich

“I had booked a hotel room in the hope that I would get tickets to see Adele on the 23rd or 24th.

Unfortunately that didn't work out and I only now have tickets for August 30th.

get it,” writes a user under his ad.

That's why he's now trying to get rid of the booked room - and even offers a discount: he charges 145 euros per night for the room, as well as 290 euros for the two nights in total.

“I only want half because I didn’t pay that much myself thanks to various voucher codes and booking early.” In the original, two nights would currently cost 573 euros, the user states, and provides a screenshot from the booking portal as proof.

He doesn't reveal which hotel it is.

Bargains on hotel advertisements – gigantic prices for Adele tickets

Other users do not give any reasons why they sell their hotel bookings through classified ads.

In some cases they don't even give a price, but rather place their ad on a negotiated basis.

A hotel room at the Maseven Munich Messe Trudering from August 3rd to 4th for the Adele concerts in Munich is “relatively cheap”.

According to the hotel's website, an overnight stay during this period costs between 60 and 100 euros per night for two adults - but at least two nights must be booked.

Another user is demanding 180 euros for her overnight stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Munich Messe from August 2nd to 3rd for two people, which according to the hotel website officially costs between 412 euros and 426 euros.

Concert goers could really get a bargain here.

However, the prices that fans are supposed to pay for Adele concert tickets via classified ads are spectacular: in some cases, users charge 1,000 to 2,000 euros for the tickets they have already purchased.
