An artisanal Italian shoe, handmade by a company used to working for large luxury brands, but designed by artificial intelligence and controlled, at every stage of production, by blockchain technology.
It is the fruit of a union that gave life to "Firsthandmade shoe designed by AI", the project born from the collaboration between Peron Shoes, the footwear industry of the Brenta Riviera between Venice and Padua and EZ Lab, an innovative company from Padua specialized in blockchain technology which through its own platform Made in Block enhances and protects Made in Italy productions.
The initiative is presented at the World AI Cannes Festival, an international event on the themes of artificial intelligence which takes place from today to 10 February in the city of the French Riviera.
At the stand of the Veneto Region, a pair of ballerinas is exhibited and presented, handcrafted starting from a design produced by a generative artificial intelligence, which was questioned on market trends and the most suitable models for the luxury market.
Inside the sole there is an NFC tag, a sort of chip which, when in contact with a smartphone, allows the consumer to access the ClimateDigital Product Passport, the digital product passport, and, through artificial intelligence, discover all the information they want regarding sustainability, traceability, origin and company history.
