“Take the D 920 by bike?
Too dangerous for some cyclists, many have given up.
» François-Marie Blondel got on his bicycle early this Thursday, to demonstrate with around sixty other bicycle users in Cachan (Val-de-Marne) along the D 920, on the edge of Bagneux (Hauts -de-Seine), to demand a sustainable and above all truly protected cycle lane.

The Vélo Île-de-France collective and the Val-de-Bièvre branch of the Mieux saddle à Bicyclette association formed a human chain on this part of the roadway supposed to be reserved for bicycles.
“Those who cycle there have a very strong feeling of insecurity,” confides François-Marie, a resident of Cachan.
There are often vehicles parked in double lines, for example.
This forces us to overflow onto the traffic lane, a departmental road where vehicles drive quickly and traffic is dense.
» The ex-N20 is indeed a major axis serving Paris from the south, passing through Hauts-de-Seine and Val-de-Marne to Essonne.
