An indictment was filed today (Thursday) against Yaron Dahan, the commander of the tactical unit in the MGB, who committed indecent acts on a 23-year-old young woman. The incident happened in the tennis court complex in Kiryat Gat about a year and a half ago, when he was the deputy commander of the Jerusalem MGB area.
According to the indictment, Dahan touched and harassed the young woman while they were in a closed room at the tennis courts in Kiryat Gat.
First he put his hand on her shoulder, and began to approach her and talk to her.
She recoiled from his actions, moved away from him and tried to fill water from a tap.
Dahan continued to cling to her, and asked her what position she served in the army and she replied that she served as a physical training instructor.
In response, he caressed her body with his hands, and slapped her: "With those tires, would you be a fitness instructor?", and continued to caress her body and head.

The indictment states that in these actions, Dahan did an act to the complainant for the purpose of sexual stimulation, satisfaction or humiliation without her consent.
He was charged with an indecent act.
Attorney Ofer Bartel from Bartel's office, Cohen said on behalf of Air Marshal Dahan that: "After 31 years of state service in special units, and as the commander of the tactical division in the Border Guard, Air Marshal Dahan saved the residents of Kibbutz Nir Am as well as an unknown portion of the residents of Sderot On the seventh of October.
"Without gratitude", the state put him on trial for a trivial act that has no sexual significance at all.
It was suggested that he close the criminal case against him, provided that he admits his facts and pays compensation to the complainant.
